I had a fab time at this hotel! The rooftop pool was such a relaxing oasis after a busy day, and the spacious junior suite was super comfortable. Just a bummer about the inconsistent water temperature in the shower.

However, I faced a significant issue at check-in. Late at night, I encountered problems because they required proof of parentage for checking in with my kids. I had to reach out to someone in Canada to resolve this, which was frustrating after a long flight. The rooftop pool was nice for relaxing, but it felt a bit cramped with only two sunbeds available. While my stay had its challenges, the positives definitely outweighed them.
